Campaign Club members send out quarterly direct mail campaigns without having to do the heavy lifting of pulling the campaign together. And while you’re converting your leads into prospects, we’re already thinking ahead to your next campaign. The quarterly cycle helps you drive engagement over time and keep fueling your funnel over the course of the year.

How it works

Each quarter, our team works with you to dream up the next campaign. In the first month, kick off the planning for the quarter (and deploy the campaign from the last quarter). In the second month of the quarter, discuss concepts and creative for the upcoming campaign while our team does the project management work behind pulling it all together. And in month three, we’ll handle production and assembly while we keep you in the loop on how everything’s going.

Then it’s on to the next quarter. Keeping your momentum building with the cyclical campaign structure offers so much more than a one-off would. Keep your leads flowing, and you can only imagine where the year will take you.

What’s included in your membership fee

Each quarter, you’ll pay a fixed membership fee (guaranteed not to increase for one year). All creative services and project management are included in the fixed quarterly membership fee.

That means three creative concepts per quarter, budget management, creative campaign copy and design, end-to-end project and vendor management, and proactive planning one quarter in advance all come standard.

The variable costs to expect

Each quarter at the start of your campaign, you’ll also pay the estimated variable cost. Those fees are entirely up to you, so you stay in control of your budget. Variable cost includes gifts, packaging, printing, assembly, and shipping, and we handle it all from start to finish to help your organization stand out and keep your to-do list short. Once your campaign ships, we adjust the final variable cost up or down if needed and apply the difference to your next invoice.
