What does Campaign Club cost?

Short answer: That’s largely up to you!

Each quarter, you’ll pay a fixed membership fee (guaranteed not to increase for one year) plus variable cost per campaign.

  • All creative services and project management are included in the fixed quarterly membership fee.

  • Variable cost includes gifts, packaging, printing, assembly, and shipping.

You have full control over your variable cost each quarter. You’ll select kit quantity and variable cost budget during campaign kickoff. You’re welcome to change your audience size and variable cost budget each quarter.

What's my payment schedule?

  • Your fixed membership payments are invoiced prior to each campaign kick off.

  • Once you submit each kick-off questionnaire, you’ll be invoiced for the estimated variable cost.

  • Once your campaign ships, we adjust the final variable cost up or down if needed and apply the difference to your next invoice.

What if I want to do more than four campaigns per year?

We’ll be happy to increase campaign frequency, and additional campaigns can be completed at a discount!

What's the campaign schedule?

The best way to ensure campaigns stay on time and on budget? Build in buffers. That’s why we start working on each campaign a full quarter before it needs to ship.

If you choose to send your campaigns at the beginning of each quarter, for example, your schedule could look like this:

  • February: Q2 Concepts & Creative

  • March: Q2 Production & Assembly

  • April: Deploy Q2 Campaign/Q3 Kick-off

  • May: Q3 Concepts & Creative

  • June: Q3 Production & Assembly

NOTE: Remember, promotional products and packaging are produced by external vendors (sometimes overseas). With that comes a certain level of uncertainty around shipping, customs, production delays, etc. We’ll troubleshoot any issues that arise on your behalf and keep you in the loop, but very rarely there can be delays outside everyone’s control — like volcanic ash grounding FedEx flights. (Yes, it happened!)
